Lloyd Spencer is the founder and Software Steward of Workforce Mentor, with over 30 years of experience building software for enterprise clients across construction, aerospace, manufacturing, and financial services. He calls himself "Software Steward" rather than CEO — a deliberate choice reflecting the belief that a founder's job is to serve the technology and the people who depend on it.
